My name is Benee Trempert. I am 24 years old and have been teaching for about 4 years. In the last year, my time has been spent with the 2 year olds. I love children and have always wanted to work with them since I was very little myself. I graduated in May of 2015 with my associates in Early Childhood Education. I am currently continuing my education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs to get my bachelor’s degree. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, snowboarding, and being in community with people. I am an extrovert so doing things with other people raises my energy level. I like to have free play for most of the day and I set out new activities for the children to do every day. I potty train and teach independence during my time with the children. They learn fine motor skills and gross motor skills. I love this age group because they are building their self-esteem and learning an incredible amount. It is fun to watch them grow and learn all sorts of new things just through playing.
